Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by contacting us directly: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of the load you want moved.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and carry out transport, and keep the records required for tax, insurance and legal purposes. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to us by a third-party form-processing service, and email is handled by our email provider. Both process the information solely to deliver it to us. Information may also be shared with our insurers or professional advisers where a claim or legal obligation requires it.

Enquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are commercially useful. Records relating to loads actually carried are kept for the periods required by South African tax, insurance and transport legislation.

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@letsematm.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
