Access
Before you book a superlink, check the gate
A superlink combination is roughly twenty-two metres long. Most plants, mills, quarries and merchant yards are built for it. Tight residential sites and small urban yards frequently are not.
Tell us about access at both ends when you enquire: gate width, turning space, surface, and whether there is a forklift or crane. It takes one sentence from you and saves a wasted trip that somebody has to pay for.
- Room to manoeuvreA superlink needs space to enter, turn and leave. Reversing a two-trailer combination into a tight yard is not always possible.
- A firm surfaceSoft ground and a fully freighted combination do not mix. Wet, unmade site access is worth flagging in advance.
- Offloading equipmentOpen decks are offloaded by forklift from the side or crane from above. Confirm what is available at the delivery point.
- Your intake windowIf the receiving yard books slots, give us the slot and we will plan the trip backwards from it.

Send the collection point and the delivery point. If we run it regularly we will say so, and price it accordingly.
